Professional Services & Fees

The Complete Home Inspection service is based on the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI) National Standards of Practice, and includes an inspection of the Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing, and Interior systems of the home.

For a single family dwelling the fee starts at $495 plus HST and increases accordingly based on number of dwellings and actual square footage of the house.

Triplex and duplex buildings are quoted uniquely and also based on square footage, as well as the number of bathrooms, installed appliances, and other systems.

A full-range of condominium inspections are provided, including Quality Control (sub-contracted only) , Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) contracted or as delegate, as well as second-buyer / post-warranty inspections.

 A condominium inspection does not include an evaluation of the common elements, which typically include the roof, insulation, exterior cladding, doors and windows, common hallways and stairwells, lobbies, recreation facilities, storage areas, parking areas, landscaped areas, central heating and cooling equipment, main electrical and fire protection equipment, or structural components.

For condominiums under 900 square feet fees start at $345 plus HST and increase accordingly based on actual square footage of the the unit.

Perfect for the home owner or seller who wants to know about the vital systems of the house, or even someone who needs a report for their insurance company.

The Four-Point Inspection is limited to the HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning), Plumbing, Electrical and Roofing systems of the home.

For a single family dwelling the fee starts at $375 plus HST and increases accordingly based on actual square footage of the home.

We also offer a Thermal Imaging package that includes a walk-through of the home using the FLIR E6-XT thermal imaging camera for critical detection of water or moisture, problems in electrical, leaking AC air ducts, gaps in insulation, leaking windows or doors, thermal bridges and more — providing a complete view of the home's thermal performance and identifying any potential issues that may not be visible to the naked eye. 

Packaged at $150 plus HST.
